Terms of Service & Client Agreement

1.1 Eligibility: Access to the private salon and catalog acquisition requires that patrons are at least eighteen (18) years of age, possess the legal capacity to form binding covenants under the laws of Sri Lanka, and reside within authorized shipping territories.

1.2 Account Integrity: When registering an account or initiating guest checkout, you warrant that all information provided—including patron identity, delivery coordinates, and fiscal details—is strictly accurate and complete. Patrons are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their session tokens and passwords.

1.3 Prohibited Conduct: Patrons may not employ automated crawlers, high-frequency checkout scrapers, or speculative purchase bots to monopolize limited atelier releases. Commercial gray-market resale of pieces acquired through promotional credits is strictly prohibited.

2.1 Covenant Formation: Submission of an order through checkout constitutes an offer to acquire. A binding sale is concluded exclusively when LUXE or its verified partner ateliers dispatch the consignment and generate a verifiable tracking manifesto.

2.2 Fraud Screening: Transactions undergo algorithmic verification via 3D-Secure 2.0, Stripe Radar, and manual atelier fraud reviews. LUXE reserves the express right to cancel or hold orders where unauthorized payment instruments or synthetic identities are suspected.

2.3 Atelier Allocation: In the rare circumstance that an artisan piece becomes unavailable due to simultaneous boutique acquisitions, our concierge will issue an immediate 100% refund to the original payment tender.

3.1 Stated Valuation: All product listings are denominated in Sri Lankan Rupees (LKR). When viewing international conversions, exchange rates are computed based on mid-market rates and serve as guidance only.

3.2 Taxes & Duties: Published prices include statutory Value Added Tax (VAT) and domestic luxury tariffs applicable within Sri Lanka. For cross-border consignments, import duties and clearance fees may be calculated at checkout or billed by the courier.

3.3 Promotional Codes & Vouchers: Privileges, coupon codes, and loyalty credit redemption are subject to individual atelier restrictions and cannot be exchanged for cash currency.

4.1 Delivery Timelines: Standard islandwide courier across Colombo takes 1–2 business days; outstation regions (Kandy, Galle, Jaffna) are completed within 3–4 business days. Custom atelier tailoring requires stated lead times.

4.2 Transfer of Risk: All pieces are fully insured during transit against accidental loss, theft, or environmental damage. Risk of loss transfers to the patron immediately upon physical delivery and signature capture at the designated address.

5.1 Return Window: Patrons have fourteen (14) calendar days from confirmed delivery signature to inspect the pieces and request an exchange or full refund to their original payment tender.

5.2 Required Condition: Items must be returned unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all security ribbons and atelier seals intact.

5.3 Non-Returnable Items: Pierced jewelry, bespoke customized silhouettes, and broken-seal haute perfumery cannot be returned for hygiene and exclusivity reasons.

6.1 Proprietary Assets: All visual photography, editorial layouts, bespoke branding, software interfaces, typography, and product copy are the exclusive intellectual property of LUXE Atelier and its affiliated houses.

6.2 Restrictions: No portion of the platform may be duplicated, modified, reverse-engineered, or exploited for commercial purposes without formal written authorization.

7.1 Governing Law: These terms are governed and construed in accordance with the substantive laws of the Democratic Socialist Republic of Sri Lanka, without regard to conflict of law principles.

7.2 Dispute Resolution: Any controversy or claim arising out of or relating to these terms shall first be addressed through confidential good-faith mediation conducted in Colombo, Sri Lanka.

7.3 Cap on Liability: To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, LUXE’s cumulative liability for any claim shall not exceed the actual acquisition amount paid by the patron for the specific piece in contention.
